Looking up from near the earth--
a child's questioning face,
"how long," she asks, "since you've heard the flapping wings of butterflies,
when last did you forget yourself and smile at someone new--
have you forgotten kitten's fur, and pockets full of flowers?"

Faster! Faster!
During our recent visit to Canada Sam's grandpa (or "Grandtiger" as he is known) pulled out an old rocking horse that soon became Sam's favorite. She called it Faster!
