a child's questioning face,
"how long," she asks, "since you've heard the flapping wings of butterflies,
when last did you forget yourself and smile at someone new--
have you forgotten kitten's fur, and pockets full of flowers?"

Sam loves to play in her room
Sam is close to 8 months old now. She sits on her own, eats mashed up food and loves to play in her room.
She giggles at the flowers on the wall and laughs out loud when she sees herself in the mirror.
Does your beautiful daughter every do anything except smiles that wonderful, charming smile??!! I hope I can meet her at Xmastime and find out for myself! Until then, sending all of you big hugs and kisses from London!
