Looking up from near the earth--
a child's questioning face,
"how long," she asks, "since you've heard the flapping wings of butterflies,
when last did you forget yourself and smile at someone new--
have you forgotten kitten's fur, and pockets full of flowers?"

Sammie got to enjoy her Abuelita Sylvia for almost 3 weeks!
Here she is at 7 months exactly. They sure do look alike!
